Description from the Producer
This isn’t your grandma’s white wine. Think peach blossom, honeycomb, and a cheeky hit of Sicilian lemon all wrapped up in a textured, silky sip that goes way beyond “crisp and clean.” It’s basically luxury in a glass, minus the stuffiness.
This Semillon was fermented in stainless steel with an extended amount of ageing time on the lees. This wine is all about texture! The nose is delicate but pretty, there's luxurious body, and it's just pure indulgent enjoyment to sip on.
Racelette, cacio e pepe, crab legs, Khao Soi (Thai coconut noodle soup, roasted chicken or turkey, Stilton cheese, creamy pastas, roasted and spiced nuts. Lazy Sundays, watching your fave series with some really good cheese, family dinner night, self-care day.
